When bringing your computer to our repair centre, once booked in with us you will receive a receipt which has details of your repair, at the top of the page you have a job number and your surname.
Once you have located this type in your job number and surname as it appears on the form, this will allow you to find out the price and status of your repair, however we will still ring you, this is just a extra service to keep customers updated.
